Kartik has over 20 years of sales and senior leadership experience in the IT and ITES industry and established XDBS in 2011. His strong market development expertise, people development skills and a relentless focus on customer and delivery excellence have been responsible for the phenomenal growth rate for XDBS. Today XDBS is a global organization with delivery offices in India, Philippines, USA, and Costa Rica.

Kartik spends most of his time with XDBS and its leadership, developing new teams, establishing and streamlining corporate initiatives for business efficiencies and employee development. Kartik envisions XDBS to attain new milestones in the next 5 years, with a focus on headcount and topline growth as well as organic and inorganic expansion.
