Primary Responsibility:
• Handle lead generation and database research related requirements for customers located globally, conducting secondary research to identify potential B2B prospects with help of various online tools, directories and websites
• Setting up appointments with prospects, making cold calls to key decision makers in global organisations
• Deliver customer projects as per the project Scope of Work (SOW).
• 100% adherence to project timelines and assigned project hours.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines while working on customer projects.
Technical Competencies
• Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience of working on online databases.
• Expert in working on LinkedIn sales navigator and other online social media tools
• Should have very strong verbal communication skills and strong internet research skills
• Clear understanding of market research basics, including Primary & Secondary Research
